Construction of the first LEED-certified building in Solar Uniquartier is confirmed! Scheduled in Phase 1 of the project, this eco-friendly building adheres to the principles of sustainable development by meeting the needs of the present, without compromising those of future generations.
This sustainable, LEED-certified building, will be based on environmental, energy-efficient, social and economic principles.
These endeavours undertaken at Solar Uniquartier aim to offer a real estate development focused on superior comfort and an exceptional quality of life, while reducing its ecological footprint as much as possible.
The delivery of this LEED-certified building is scheduled for August 2018.
