A creative menu that explores Japan’s culinary traditions
At Sushi Kampai, you will find a variety of traditional and unusual sushi, made from fresh and seasonal ingredients, the vast majority of which are imported directly from Japan. At the helm of the kitchen, you will find the chef-owner, Dinh Huy Tran, who puts nearly 20 years of know-how at the service of an unparalleled culinary experience.
Passion, creativity and carefully selected products make for delicious masterpieces. The meltingly tender textures of Kobe beef and otoro (the belly of the bluefin tuna) are showcased in sashimi or nigiri. Geoduck (mirugai or giant clam) is prepared as raw sashimi. You can also enjoy fresh, delicious sea urchin (uni). And the barbecued eel, grilled to perfection, is a delicacy. So much care is put into the preparation of each piece! Do you prefer more classic sushi (like Dragon Eye, Dynamite, Kamikaze or California)? There’s plenty of that too!
