The FABG architectural firm will construct an iconic building in the heart of the project
Following a call for architectural proposals, a concept by the FABG firm will be adopted to construct an iconic building in the heart of the business area at Solar Uniquartier. The building will be located at the southwestern end of Place de la Gare, providing direct access to the REM and overlooking Highway 10.
The FABG proposal captured the interest of the selection committee and stood out for its aerial approach, championing the monumental work of crystalline glass.
Recalling the mission of Solar Uniquartier, to integrate nature into this evolved neighbourhood, the building will offer a set of terraces, as well as hanging gardens. The vegetation will be showcased, used as ornamentation and in climbing green spaces.
This iconic building will have a mixed-use focus, since it will incorporate offices, businesses and residences.
Reflecting the values of Devimco Immobilier, the iconic building will work on the concepts of timelessness and purity, with a strong emphasis on environmental factors.
This iconic Solar Uniquartier building will be realized in Phase 2 of the project.
